Italy's GODS OF METAL Festival: First Details Revealed

January 18, 2009

Italian promoter Live In Italy has confirmed that this year's installment of the Gods Of Metal festival will be held June 27-28. For the first time since 2001, there will be a "double mega main stage" with two co-headliners per night. Concerts will start at 10:45 a.m. and will finish at 12:30 a.m. without interruptions.

Tickets will go on sale soon, and for the first ten days of sale the price will be 30 euros (plus booking fee) per day. From the 11th day on, prices will be 45 euros (plus booking fee) for a one-day ticket, and 75 euros (plus booking fee) for a two-day ticket.

Although the promoter didn't disclose the festival lineup and location yet, it appears that one of the headliners will be HEAVEN AND HELL and that the event will be held in the Milan area (north of Italy).
